INGREDIENTS
The ingredients required for this scrub are handy and easy to find.
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Baking Soda
- Cotton Wool
PROCESS
This is probably going to be the easiest scrub you’ve ever made because it is pretty straight forward.
1. Put a tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl
2. Add about two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
3. Mix the ingredients to get a thick consistency. You can adjust the ingredients if necessary to get a paste.
4. Dip the cotton wool in the mixture and apply it to your underarm.
5. Scrub gently
6. Leave underarms covered in the paste
7. Let it sit for about 15 minutes
8. Wipe the scrub off using a damp towel
NOTE: I prefer to applying body scrubs and masks just before I go to the shower and take a thorough bath. If it’s possible, preferably apply the scrub minutes before you go to the shower and take a bath afterward. Otherwise, a slightly wet towel is just fine.
